Could be considering of the fact you oasis't verified your Microsoft Account or you lot need to check if your wifi connection is working or its because you misspelled something.

Also I'm sorry for writing multiple replies but if your using a local business relationship it could set if you utilize an Admin account.
Follow these steps:
-
PrintingWindows + Ten key.
-
From the spring carte selectCommand Panel.
-
Go toUser Accounts.
-
Click onchange your account blazon (which you prefer/want to brand administrator).
-
SelectAdministrator and hitChange Account Blazon.
-
Follow the on screen instructions
Now attempt and see if this fixed your problem.
If you lot don't see control panel just go onto blazon hither to search and write Control Panel so carry on with the steps.
If it still doesn't Work do this:
1. Go to control panel
ii. Click User Accounts
3. Click Change Business relationship blazon
4. Select Which account you want to change
5. Select Alter the account type
vi. Change to adminAt present try and check if it fixed your problem.
If Your already an admin then change information technology to a standard/local account.

I am Erik, Independent Advisor hither to work with you on this issue.
Step 1: Catechumen to a local account.
-Printing the Windows logo + I keys on the keyboard to open up the organization Settings window.
-Click Accounts and under Your emails and accounts, click on sign in with a local account instead option.
-Enter your Microsoft account password and click on Next.
Type the Password, and Countersign Hint that yous want to exist gear up for the local business relationship and click Next.
-Click on Sign out and Terminate button.
-Login to check if the changes are effective.
Pace 2: Switch to Microsoft account.
-On the newly converted Local user account, printing the Windows logo + I keys on the keyboard to open up the Settings window.
-Click Accounts and under Your emails and accounts click on sign in with a Microsoft account instead option.
-Enter the new Microsoft account ID and Password and click Sign in.
-Follow the on-screen instructions and check if the changes are effective.
Followed the points in step 2 but on entering the countersign and clicking sign in the following message comes up:

I was trying to add information technology with my admin account initially simply when i meet the issue, i added a standard Account merely still the same Error, sometimes i switch between the standard and admin account but to add my Microsoft account but no success, Same error
